Lecturing

At Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA), I teach third-year students as part of the Portfolio and Professional Career module.I support students in developing their portfolios for both digital and print, teaching Adobe InDesign and Photoshop alongside practical print production. This includes preparing artwork for production and liaising with printers, as well as providing group discussions and one-to-one tutorials. I help students refine their work and understand how to present themselves professionally as they prepare to enter the creative industry.

Returning to Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) as an alumni, I’ve contributed to panel talks and workshops for Graphic Design and Illustration students. In 2023, I worked as a Studio Assistant, supporting Level 4 students with ideas, development and production, leading group discussions, one-to-one tutorials and technical demonstrations.I’ve recently delivered a Freelancer Course through LJMU’s Start-Up Hub, sharing practical insight into working independently and how to build a freelance career in the creative industry.
